4. Smart Transformation
Smart Dubai, the Emirate’s digitization department, is committed to educating residents on how to access online government services and utilize the UAE Pass. By using this app, individuals can access over 6,000 services from more than 130 government, semi-government, and private entities with just one username and password. Step 2: Self-assessment

In this step, you have to watch all the educational videos provided by government departments.
Step 4: Final assessment
It is recommended that you re-evaluate your understanding of the material after watching the videos. Once you have fulfilled all the necessary requirements and achieved a final assessment score of 90% or above, you will be awarded a certificate of completion. This certificate serves as proof of your successful completion of the course.
