Today, November 11, the fifth residential project of Dubai-based Mashriq Elite Real Estate Developments, Floarea Skies, in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), began construction.
Floarea Skies, a 23-story project, will expand the JVC community with 192 high-end, reasonably priced apartments, including 42 studios, 134 one-bedroom flats, and 16 two-bedroom homes.
One-bedrooms will be available in four sizes, ranging from 717 to 836 square feet, while studio apartments will all be 398 square feet. According to the statement, two beds will come in three different sizes, ranging from 1,105 to 1,170 square feet.
Apartments start from AED 666,000 for studios, AED 1,069,000 for one-bedrooms, and AED 1,499,000 for two-bedrooms.Â
Speaking on the occasion, CEO Kamran Muhammad said: “Floarea Skies in JVC is a very exciting project for us as we mark our presence in the top-ranking residential community in Dubai. Excellent infrastructure, connectivity to key locations in Dubai, and serene urban neighbourhood ambience, have ensured a thriving residential community in JVC.
“The upcoming Purple Line metro in the immediate proximity will only fuel further investor interest in properties here with the potential for scaled up RoI,” he stated.
Floarea Skies, which will be built on a 20,441 square foot plot, is expected to be finished by Q4 2027.
He claims that JVC is the most sought-after and successful residential community in Dubai with solid investment credentials.Â
“The demand for residential apartments at JVC has been on the rise sharply and this has been reflecting in the robust investor inquiries we have been receiving ever since the announcement of the project,” stated Muhammed.
