The topping out of the Cavalli Tower, DAMAC Properties’ Dh1 billion ultra-luxury residential complex and the world’s first tower with interiors designed by renowned Italian fashion label Roberto Cavalli, marks a significant construction milestone.
Cavalli Tower will now be turned over by the end of the next year.
Speaking on the sidelines of the topping-out ceremony, Ali Sajwani, Managing Director, DAMAC Group, said: “Cavalli Tower is a structural and design landmark that embodies DAMAC’s futuristic vision to blend fashion, architecture and art into Dubai’s skyline. With this topping out, we are one step closer to delivering a true global landmark in luxury living.”
China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) Chairman and President Tian Sanchuan stated that the company was pleased to collaborate on the Cavalli project once more with its longtime partners DAMAC Properties. “Delivering the world’s first Cavalli-branded tower demonstrates our shared commitment to precision, quality, and engineering excellence,” he said. “Today’s topping-out ceremony testifies to the strength of our collaboration and our contribution to Dubai’s world-class skyline.”
Design by award-winning architect
Cavalli Tower, a symbol of architectural ambition and branded elegance, rises 71 stories next to the beach in Dubai Marina. It has 436 units designed by renowned architect Shaun Killa, who also created Dubai’s Museum of the Future, and custom interiors chosen by Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors.
With assured views of the sea, Palm Jumeirah, or Dubai Marina, the skyscraper offers one to five-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and five-bedroom penthouses. Some apartments have hydroponic living walls, private terraces, and pools or Jacuzzis. Private sky pools, sky gardens, and an infinity pool with views of the Arabian Gulf will all be included in the tower. It also features a four-story lobby and a beach pool modeled like Malibu Bay.
Lead contractors CSCEC ME and DAMAC project stakeholders attended the topping-out event, which signaled the completion of the tower’s superstructure with the last concrete pour on the 71st floor slab. Internal and external finishes are nearing completion, and substructure construction is now complete.
Packed with resort-style amenities
Cavalli Tower residents can take advantage of several resort-style features, including à la carte housekeeping and 24-hour butler service. From garden-view apartments to top-floor sky villas with expansive views of the sea, the tower gives occupants a unique lifestyle experience.
The topping out of Cavalli Tower coincides with a record-breaking year for Dubai’s real estate market, with property sales exceeding Dh525 billion in the first 10 months of 2025, driven by investor demand for waterfront developments and branded homes.
The design of Cavalli Tower, which debuted in September 2021, embodies the glitz and audacity that are characteristic of the Cavalli brand. The 2019 purchase of Roberto Cavalli by DAMAC Group reaffirmed the developer’s dedication to incorporating global fashion legacy into real estate. Beyond this project, the cooperation will be extended to additional future developments, such as Cavalli Estates in DAMAC Hills and DAMAC Bay 1 and 2 by Cavalli.
