Aldar has stated that it has funded 1,000 UAE residents to obtain real estate agent accreditation in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, as well as upskilled over 100 individuals through an advanced training programme.
The program combined local and international real estate knowledge, with Aldar’s UAE team working closely with professionals from SODIC and London Square.
Participants got extensive training on Aldar’s global portfolio, sales tactics for unlocking cross-selling potential, and a complete understanding of UAE real estate legislation.
UAE real estate training
Specialized system training was also offered to ensure that participants fit seamlessly into Aldar’s digital-first environment.
Bayan Al Hosani, Chief People and Communications Officer at Aldar, said: “Investing in local talent has always been a priority for us at Aldar. As the UAE real estate sector continues to flourish, it is essential that we invest in the development of Emirati real estate agents, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and credentials needed to excel, ensuring the market’s sustained growth.
“We are not only enhancing industry standards and experiences but also reinforcing our commitment to building a more resilient real estate ecosystem in the UAE.”
The training session supports Aldar’s current cooperation with the Dubai Land Department and is consistent with the company’s recently announced aim to improve customer experience through a hospitality-oriented attitude that is being fostered across all customer touchpoints.
It also aligns with the construction of Aldar’s in-house customer experience academy, which will train over 30,000 direct and indirect Aldar workers beginning in Q1 2025.
The real estate agent training program demonstrates Aldar’s commitment to fostering the next generation of talented local talent in the private sector, especially through its highly trained brokerage network.
The statement is consistent with Aldar’s continuous commitment to upskilling UAE nationals, and it follows the company’s expedited achievement of its five-year Emiratisation target of 1,000 positions for UAE nationals.
Aldar has hired 1,060 Emiratis in just three years, ranging from recent graduates to top management positions.
