Last week, the Dubai real estate market generated AED14.88 billion ($4.1 billion) in transactions, according to Land Department figures.
Sales transactions topped the results, totaling AED11.38 billion ($3.1 billion), according to Land Department data.
There were a total of 3,726 sales transactions between March 10 and March 14.
Dubai real estate this week
Among the highest-priced sales transactions listed on the Land Department website were:
- An office at Enara by Omniyat in Business Bay was sold for AED87.6 million ($23.8 million).
- An apartment at Luxury Family Residence III in Business Bay sold for AED60.23 million ($16.4 million).
- An apartment at BV Residences 4 in the Palm Jumeirah area sold for AED57 million ($15.5 million).
Last Monday, the Land Department disclosed mortgage sales for AED3.15 billion ($858 million).
In the same year, gift transactions totaled AED350 million ($95.3 million).
