Dubai South Properties reports that the first phase of The Pulse Beachfront, a posh master-planned community in Dubai South’s Residential District, has been completed.
With 251 units—including three- and four-bedroom villas as well as five-bedroom waterfront villas—handovers are scheduled to start shortly. According to the project’s construction timeline, the remaining project phases are expected to be finished in Q1 2025.
The 788 residential apartments at The Pulse Beachfront range in size from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet and comprise a combination of townhouses and villas with three, four, and five bedrooms. Each villa includes master bedrooms, a maid’s quarters, fully furnished closed kitchens, private gardens, covered private parking, large living areas, study rooms, and rooftops. The project also features a half-Olympic-sized swimming pool, an artificial seashore, and a sizable water lagoon.
Enriched lifestyle
The project’s thoughtfully designed amenities promise residents a richer living. Modern fitness facilities include a gym, climbing walls, a squash court, aerobics classes, a kid’s club, a VIP lounge, a yoga garden, and a water park.
The extra features are a children’s pool, skate parks, jogging routes, multiple food and beverage establishments adjacent to a supermarket, abundant green space, and designated open spaces for a tennis court, beach tennis, and padel tennis.
Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, said: “We are delighted to complete the first phase of The Pulse Beachfront, a milestone that aligns with our commitment to delivering projects on schedule. This development reflects our vision of creating vibrant, master-planned communities that offer unparalleled living experiences, combining modern design, premium amenities, and seamless connectivity. We look forward to officially completing the entire project and start welcoming residents to their new homes, where they can benefit from the integrated ecosystem of Dubai South’s thriving Residential District.”
Amenities
Dubai South has been adding amenities to the Residential District for the convenience and comfort of its inhabitants. These consist of a public bus line that connects the district to the Expo Metro station, public parks, sports courts, retail stores, a 50,000-square-foot hypermarket, a mosque, and a gas station.
In August, a GEMS Founders School was also established at Dubai South. More than 25,000 people currently call The Residential District home, and they appreciate its unique way of life, an array of facilities, and multiple gated residential neighborhoods featuring townhouses and flats.
