Leading Bahraini real estate developer Diyar Al Muharraq has announced that the third and last stage of its Al Naseem project is moving forward according to plan. With 115 villas, the residential project is 31% finished and scheduled to be finished in Q2 2025.
Giving a project update, Diyar Al Muharraq stated that while construction and finishing work on the villas are currently ongoing, the project’s foundational infrastructure is now complete.
The project offers five different types of villas, each with a different layout and size, ranging from 305 to 384 sq m. Layl El Nasayem 1, Layl El Nasayem 2, Aseel El Nasayem, Duha El Nasayem, and Sabah El Nasayem are a few of these.
On the steady progress, CEO Engineer Ahmed Ali Al Ammadi said: “We are pleased to report continued development of the Al Naseem project, which is made possible by the dedicated efforts of our team and external stakeholders. The project is on track to deliver the same high-quality standards that have defined Diyar Al Muharraq.”
The luxurious villas of Al Naseem are located on the southern island’s waterfront and provide breathtaking views as well as direct access to the water. According to the developer, every unit has a private pool, an elevator option, and a choice of three or four bedrooms.
Due to the project’s ideal location, parks, malls, schools, and mosques are all easily accessible. The distance to picturesque waterfront views of internal and external waterways is about 3 kilometers.

The project manager and cost consultant is Hesham Abdulrahman Jaafar (HAJ), and the principal contractor is Ahmed Omar Trading and Contracting Company. The principal consultant for the project is Mohamed Salahuddin Consulting Engineering Bureau (MSCEB), while Horizon Interiors contributes its design expertise.
