According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 510 sales transactions valued at AED1.36 billion on Tuesday. Additionally, 210 mortgage deals totaling AED1.95 billion and 30 gift deals amounting to AED165.56 million were also recorded.
64 land plots valued at AED411.67 million and 446 villas and apartments worth AED949.04 million were sold.
With the 188 villas and apartments valued at AED1.71 billion and the 22 land plots valued at AED236.22 million included in the mortgages, the total value of real estate transactions today exceeded AED3.4 billion.
