Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai reach AED11.6 billion

According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department, 2,709 real estate transactions of AED11.6 billion were made for the week ending April 14, 2023. (DLD).

226 plots were sold for AED5.76 billion, and 2,020 flats and villas were sold for AED4.43 billion, according to the DLD report.

The three biggest deals involved land in Mugatrah valued at AED3.87 billion, land in Al Layan 1 worth AED630.8 million, and land in Al Barsha South Fourth around AED91 million.

With 74 purchases for AED198.41 million, Al Hebiah Fifth had the most transactions this week, followed by Madinat Hind 4 with 34 sales worth AED44.36 million and Al Hebiah Fourth in third with 27 sales around AED251 million.

A unit valued at AED 76 million, an apartment worth AED 58 million, and a unit worth AED 50 million were the top three transfers for apartments and villas, and they were all on the Palm Jumeirah.

For the week, the value of mortgaged real estate totaled AED1.31 billion. In the meantime, 68 properties totaling AED144 million were distributed among first-degree relatives.
