AED8.9 billion in weeklong transactions recorded in Dubai's real estate market

According to data supplied by the Dubai Land Department, 2,317 real estate transactions of AED8.9 billion were completed during the week ending September 16th, 2022.

For a combined AED4.35 billion, 227 plots were sold, and for AED3.44 billion, 1,560 apartments and villas were bought.

The top three deals involved a land sale in Madinat Al Mataar for AED988 million, a property sale in Al Yufrah 1 for AED259.24 million, and a land sale in Madinat Al Mataar for AED988 million.

With 66 sales transactions totaling AED221.48 million, Al Hebiah Fifth had the most transactions this week, followed by Nad Al Shiba First with 39 deals totaling AED183.93 million and Jabal Ali First with 33 transactions totaling AED136 million.

The total value of mortgaged properties for the week was 930.7 million, while 145 properties worth AED205 million were awarded to first-degree relatives.
