Union Properties announced its new project - Motor City Views

As one of Dubai’s upcoming integrated residential developments, Motor City Views is expected to add value to the city’s urban renewal plans. The developer announced that construction is expected to begin soon.

Union Properties, listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) with a portfolio of diverse subsidiaries, said the development is positioned in the heart of Motor City and overlooking its famous racetrack. There is a total area of approximately 857,184 square feet at Motor City Views. There will be a priority for shareholders to purchase the property.

According to Khalifa Hassan Al Hammadi, chairman of Union Properties’ Board of Directors, Motor City Views holds the true essence of the developer’s innovative concept, which is meant to provide an integrated lifestyle to those seeking unique properties.

According to Al Hammadi, Union Properties plans to launch more commercial, residential, and hotel projects within Motor City in the coming years. “Once completed, our newest project will raise the bar even higher in the local real estate market amid promising industry opportunities that are vital to the UAE’s preparations for the next 50 years.”

The 880 residences at Motor City Views include 313 studios, 427 one-bedroom apartments, 133 two-bedroom apartments, and seven three-room apartments featuring a contemporary design and warm colors.

The apartments are divided into three buildings with seven floors, and the apartments are near various recreational areas for residents, such as air-conditioned sports halls, a covered playground, and swimming pools of different sizes suitable for different age groups. A shopping mall and restaurants are located in a retail area of the building that serves the needs of the residential community.
