According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 439 sales transactions worth AED1.25 billion on Tuesday, along with 66 mortgage deals totaling AED240.64 million and 72 gift deals totaling AED175.81 million.
More than AED1.6 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 357 villas and apartments for AED758.25 million, 82 land plots worth AED494.64 million, and 55 villas and flats worth AED231.44 million and 11 land plots worth AED9.19 million.
