The completion and release of Framed Allure, a signature villa built by Alpago Properties on Frond G of the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, has been announced. Alpago revealed the ultra-luxury house and that although it had already been purchased for $35 million, a new owner had only recently been given the keys.
