Aldar Properties and Louvre Abu Dhabi have teamed up to launch the Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences in Abu Dhabi.
The Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences will have only 400 apartments, including exquisite studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as five exclusive penthouses.
Apartments will be delivered to residents in 2025 within Saadiyat Grove, Aldar’s Dh10 billion landmark development on Saadiyat Island that spans 242,000 square meters.
Saadiyat Grove covers 242,000 square meters and features retail, entertainment, and leisure spaces. In addition to Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences, the mixed-use destination will include two hotels and co-working spaces for start-ups and entrepreneurs.

The elevated swimming pools, sunset deck, and gardens offer residents uninterrupted views of the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi skyline.
Within the lobbies and common areas of Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences, art and sculpture will be selected in close consultation with the Louvre Abu Dhabi.
