The latest Ritz-Carlton Residences in Dubai are priced at Dh200 million each by developer MAG

Developers in Dubai are moving quickly to provide more ultra-luxury residences to potential buyers. MAG has recently unveiled four of them, each costing a whooping Dh200 million. They are a part of The Ritz-Carlton Residences on the Dubai Creekside, a complex of 12 homes.

The most recent four mansions have underground parking for up to eight vehicles and a built-up space of up to 48,000 square feet.

There is a private mooring for up to 120-foot yachts for each residence.

The first eight mansions had a price tag of Dh177 million apiece. “We are thrilled with the response to our launches of the Earth and Water mansions,” said Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, Senior Executive Vice Chairman of MAG. “The careful planning that went into creating the mansions, symbolizing intellect, creativity, and new beginnings, considered the elements of nature.

“The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside project reflects MAG’s ongoing efforts to provide an immersive wellness-luxury lifestyle across Dubai by taking a comprehensive approach to offering top-notch amenities.”

The 12 Ritz-Carlton residences are a part of the “Keturah Resort,” which is situated on Dubai Creek and faces the Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary.

According to market sources, interest in Dubai’s luxury residences is expected to remain high during the first 10 days of 2023, with most of the current focus shifting to what is now being offered off-plan. As prospective purchasers look for new places to invest their money, expect to see more high-end launches in the upcoming days.
