The 56 floors of Wasl Tower have been completed, and the project is scheduled for completion in 2024

The famous “Wasl Tower,” which is being built on Sheikh Zayed Road, has received an update from Wasl Asset Management Group, one of the biggest real estate development and management businesses in Dubai.

The skyscraper is taking shape; when finished, the 302-meter-twisting, the asymmetrical tower will have the tallest ceramic exterior in the area and create the appearance of dynamic motion.

Wasl Tower will have 64 storeys, 229 residential units, 258 hotel rooms, 185,345 square feet of office space, and 11 parking floors. It will be Dubai’s second Mandarin Oriental Hotel. A helipad will also be part of the project, which has a built-up area of 1.8 million square feet.

Wasl Tower’s 56 stories of structural construction are finished, and level 13 of the façade is complete. Mechanical, electrical, and plumping works are now at level 52.

It is anticipated that Wasl Tower will be finished in the second quarter of 2024.

The Burj Khalifa Metro Station, which connects Downtown Dubai and City Walk, will be connected to the tower, which has a direct view of the tower.

The Wasl Tower is oriented in practically every direction because of its Z-axis design and traditional “contrapposto” movement. This structure stands out in Dubai’s hot summers because of its ability to adjust to local temperatures using shade and cooling measures.
