Six luxury villas valued at over Dh680 million are sold by B1 Properties in four months

Recently, B1 Properties revealed that this season had been one of the record-breaking sales for its Palm Jumeirah villas. The most sought-after properties in the Middle East are featured in the premium real estate brokerage’s carefully curated portfolio. B1 Properties, which was founded in 2021 and specializes in buying properties on the Palm Jumeirah, has quickly established itself as the industry leader in luxury real estate investment. Along with selling other properties in places like Bluewaters Island, the agency is well-known for selling the most expensive penthouse at The Atlantis The Royal Residences for Dh163 Million.

Deniz Zeybek, vice-president of sales, said: “The demand for luxury villas located on Palm Jumeirah is insatiable. At B1 Properties, we excel at providing our discerning clientele with exactly what they need, paired with exceptional service and sound investment advice. High-net-worth individuals today are looking for niche, luxury properties that are distinct in aesthetic, well-rounded in amenities, and most importantly, are ready to move into. Prime luxury property prices are predicted to be 13.5 percent higher in 2023, and we see this in the clear imbalance of supply and demand in the market. The properties in our portfolio are, in my opinion, the actualization of luxury living.”

Four specialized villas built by Alpago Properties on Frond G Billionaires Row have been sold solely by B1 Properties as the exclusive broker over the previous four months. Moreover, Soho Developments recently sold two outstanding Garden Villas:

With a price tag of Dh302.5 million, Casa Del Sole, a project by Alpago Properties, is currently the most expensive house ever sold in Dubai. The Double Signature house, which has been likened to a palace, was constructed over four levels, from the basement to the second story, and it has an enclosed space of 25,000 square feet. The mansion was expertly created by SAOTA, an award-winning architectural firm, and CK Architectures and Interiors.

Another project by Alpago Properties is Framed Allure, which sold for Dh128 million. A double-height entrance and five en-suite rooms spread across four levels are features of the 19,240-square-foot house. One of the oldest Olive Trees in Dubai can be found within this architectural marvel by famous architect Emre Arolat, with interior design by CK Architectures and Interiors.

Another project by Alpago Properties is Riva Del Lusso, which sold for Dh130 million. The Signature Villa has a total enclosed space of more than 13,000 square feet and is made up of four levels, five bedrooms, and an unusual underwater auto vault that can store up to 10 cars.

Soho Developments sold two specially constructed, completely equipped boutique Garden Villas for Dh68 million and Dh53 million. Each modern villa includes three storeys, a roof lounge/pool deck, an enclosed area of 10,575 square feet, and private beach access.
