Saadiyat Lagoons launches with prices from Dh6.1 million by Abu Dhabi’s Aldar

With prices starting at Dh6.1 million, Abu Dhabi's Aldar launches Saadiyat Lagoons

Aldar Properties announced the launch of Saadiyat Lagoons, a residential neighborhood with views of the Arabian Gulf and nature-inspired architecture. Only UAE citizens may purchase the new development, which is situated on the east side of Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi.

On November 3, 207 villas in the integrated development’s first phase will go on sale for as little as Dh6.1 million. Four, five, and six bedroom floor plans are offered for properties. “The community has been designed with a series of residential clusters in three zones and each zone will feature homes with distinct architectural styles,” Aldar said in a statement.

The project is expected to begin construction in Q2 2023, and handovers are anticipated to start in early Q2 2026.

An eco-corniche, amphitheater, dry deck water play area, skate park, paddle, basketball, and volleyball courts, climbing wall, playgrounds, and parks will all be included in the neighborhood. Residents will also have access to mosques, three Majalises, retail and F&B establishments, a health clinic, gas stations, a multipurpose event facility, and schools and early learning centers within the town.

The project, which is a part of Aldar’s larger master plan for Saadiyat Island, will be situated adjacent to Mamsha Al Saadiyat’s Soul Beach and Saadiyat Grove. The neighborhood will be located on the 6.2 million square metre land parcel that Aldar purchased earlier in 2022.

“Saadiyat Lagoons is located on one of the most desirable pieces of land in Abu Dhabi, which makes it an incredibly exciting proposition,” said Rashed Al Omaira, Chief Commercial Officer at Aldar Development. “Each aspect of the development has been carefully planned in response to the changing needs of our customers.”

“Once completed, the community will boost Saadiyat Island’s position as a fully developed residential, cultural, and leisure destination and we expect to see strong demand amongst UAE nationals.”
