Reportage Properties, a leading real estate development company in the UAE, is planning a special deals day on Saturday providing the visitors a special 15% discount on its key residential project, Alexis Tower in Dubai.

As per the developer, it is only 10 minutes away from the Expo2020 site, near Al Maktoum Airport and Ibn Battuta Mall, with a direct exit to Sheikh Zayed Road and the metro station.
The one-day event is being organized at the Address Marina Hotel in Dubai on April 3 mainly to allow purchasers to buy residential units in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, at a 10% discount.
In this special offer, one can buy the unit with a 10% down payment followed by 1% monthly payments.
CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman provided the company is keen to give more offers that suit different segments of customers, especially in light of the company’s sufficient liquidity and the stability of its financial conditions.
Reportage Properties is recently developing 10 projects that will give about 4,000 housing units within the most precious investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
On the Alexis Tower’s progress, Suleiman provided that about 20% of the project work had been finished and it was due for launch by the last quarter of 2022.
The company had also recently shown the new “Diva” on Yas Island, he further added.
