Reportage launches 653-unit Dubai residential project

In Dubai, the two-, three-, and four-bedroom townhouse building “Bianca” by UAE-based Reportage Properties has officially begun construction.

Over 112,000 square meters, Bianca in Dubai will have 507 two-bedroom apartments, 56 three-bedroom units, and 90 four-bedroom units, as well as important facilities like schools, swimming pools, a gym, private parking for every unit, and a lot of greenery.

The distinctive features of these residential units will also include private balconies, based on the unit design, bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a laundry room, and in some townhouses, a maid’s room.

It stated the four-bedroom townhouse will have an internal elevator, private parking, an entryway, and kitchen cabinets.

The group will keep launching new projects, according to CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman, particularly in light of the company’s success in generating robust sales in all of the recently launched projects.

He emphasized that the project received an overwhelmingly positive reaction from investors, with 368 townhouses selling in less than a week.

According to Suleiman, the “Mall of the Emirates” and the “Global Village” are just a couple of the many amenities and distinctive areas in Dubai that are close by and contribute to this demand.

According to him, it will also have tennis fields, barbecue pits, schools, mosques, and shops in addition to covered seating spaces.
