In August, 155 real estate valuation transactions totaling more than AED414.2 million were completed, according to the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation.
Residential, commercial, and industrial properties were all valued, according to Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Department’s Director-General. Residential properties made up the greatest portion of the values, at AED168 million, followed by commercial assets, at AED158.7 million.
Personal valuations, judicial and institutional demands, and values related to long-term golden residency permits for investors were also included in the August report, he continued, and there were 107 transactions totaling AED177.85 million.
