Palm Jebel Ali to be relaunched and rebranded by Nakheel

Nakheel will relaunch and rebrand Palm Jebel Ali

According to reports provided by Arabian Business, the Palm Jebel Ali project would be relaunched and rebranded by Dubai real estate developer Nakheel.

The project will get a new name for the relaunch, the sources said.

In a statement to AGBI, a Nakheel spokesperson confirmed that “the Palm Jebel Ali masterplan is being revisited,” with more details on the way soon.

Since about mid-2008, the Palm Jebel Ali has been frozen.

Last week, Nakheel unveiled a new logo and revealed that the real estate giant had been behind the “Happiness is no one thing” marketing campaign.

Nakheel resumed Palm Deira last month and gave it the new name Deira Islands, which was eventually changed to Dubai Islands.

“Dubai Islands (formerly known as Deira Islands) will reinforce the emirate’s position as a global destination of choice for residents, visitors, and investors,” the company said in a statement in August, this year.
