The iconic One Za’abeel property, which is expected to open in 2023, is currently undergoing its last construction work, according to Ithra Dubai, a prominent real estate developer and asset manager owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai.
In the third quarter, the corporation finished fully wrapping its three skyscrapers, One Za’abeel The Residences, One Za’abeel Tower, and The Link, in the glass. According to the phased handover timetable, work on the One Za’abeel development is currently concentrated on the interior fit-out and will be open to residents and guests later in 2023.
The Link, which offers an elevated lifestyle destination and various high-end attractions, including a 360° observation deck offering mesmerizing views of the city, is on track to break the Guinness World Record for the “Longest Cantilevered Building.”

One Za’abeel is a comprehensive project that includes 264 luxurious simplexes and duplexes that were put up for sale earlier this year. Its strategic position close to Dubai’s commercial business center also draws international corporations to settle in one of the most sought-after business locations.
