On Thursday, the Dubai real estate market saw 371 sales for AED825.36 million, 81 mortgage deals worth AED231.57 million, and 18 gift deals totaling AED48.1 million, according to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The overall value of the real estate transactions to date has exceeded AED 1.1 billion. The sales included 334 villas and apartments at AED 626.55 million, 37 land plots worth AED 198.81 million, and 65 villas and apartments worth AED 143.97 million.
