On Palm Jumeirah, Nakheel unveils a new residential tower ‘Como Residences’

Como Residences, a brand-new private residential complex on the Palm Jumeirah, has been unveiled by Dubai master developer Nakheel. It will provide residents with luxury living experiences, privacy, exclusivity, and a wide range of high-end amenities.

The 71-story residential tower, which will change the Palm Jumeirah skyline, is almost 300 meters tall.

Nakheel claims that Como units only have 76 units, each with two to seven bedrooms, a huge duplex penthouse, and essential facilities including a rooftop infinity pool, a 25-meter lap pool, and an elevated private sandy beach.

According to the statement, the homes have been exquisitely designed with luxurious finishes, natural lighting, and plenty of space, with three-bedroom units covering over 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living area.

According to a release from Nakheel, the tower has a revolutionary design that ensures every apartment can fully enjoy the 180° to 360° views of Dubai and the Arabian Sea from wraparound balconies.

Como Residences’ construction demonstrates Nakheel’s dedication to raising the standard of living for Dubai’s citizens, residents, and visitors by offering higher waterfront living experiences, it was stated.

Chief Commercial Officer Rasha Hasan said: “We are excited to be launching this project on Palm Jumeirah. Como Residences will be a key addition to the Nakheel portfolio and will set a new standard for luxury living. With the very best designs and features, this development will provide residents with an exclusive lifestyle like no other.”

According to her, only one or two houses would be on each floor of the property, and access-controlled lifts will transport residents to their own private lobbies.

According to Hasan, the homes have floor-to-ceiling thermally insulated windows, smart home features, high ceilings in the living areas, and some even private swimming pools.

Valet and concierge services will be available in the lobby, and some houses will also have separate drivers’ quarters for increased privacy.
