The much awaited launch of Nakheel’s newest luxury residences at Palm Jebel Ali: The Beach Collection, an exclusive collection of ten custom beach villa styles, was announced today by Dubai Holding Real Estate, the company’s trailblazing real estate division.
In the center of Dubai’s most sought-after island destination, this most recent development, designed by top architects worldwide, offers a new degree of elegance to the market.
These villas, which range in size from 7,300 to 8,500 square feet and have five or six bedrooms, are located on the fronds of Palm Jebel Ali in prime beachfront locations. They provide an unmatched level of privacy and exclusivity. Direct private beach access will be available to residents, allowing them to live in luxury and take in the stunning coastal scenery.
Ten different villa styles—eight of which are brand-new—are featured in the Beach Collection, each of which offers a unique take on beachfront living.

The launch comes after recent contractor award announcements revealed that work on Palm Jebel Ali is well under way.
This included the start of the first phase of building the villas, infrastructure, and public areas, which was given to United Engineering Construction Company (UNEC), Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast, and Ginco General Contracting.
DBB Contracting was chosen to build the public access roads, Khansaheb Civil Engineering was chosen to improve the roads and lighting, and Jan De Nul was chosen to handle the marine work. These noteworthy advancements highlight Nakheel’s dedication to completing this well-known project on time.

The palm The seven islands that make up Jebel Ali’s 13.7km span have more than 90km of beachfront and 16 fronds. It highlights the emirate’s growth in accordance with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 by signaling the start of a new growth corridor in the Jebel Ali neighborhood.
The iconic building features a number of pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use neighborhoods with expansive views of the Arabian Gulf.
