According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 392 sales transactions worth AED900.8 million on Monday, along with 84 mortgage deals totaling AED741.14 million and 15 gift deals totaling AED37.6 million.
More than AED 1.6 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 341 villas and apartments worth AED 700.84 million, 51 land plots worth AED 199.97 million, and mortgages on 61 villas and apartments for AED 364.82 million and 23 land plots worth AED 376.32 million.
