“Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana,” an AED 4.7 billion project, was introduced by Ohana Development in collaboration with the jewelry and watch company Jacob & Co.
Husein Salem, CEO of Ohana Development, and Jacob Arabo, Chairman and Creative Director of Jacob & Co., attended the May 12 launch at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi.
Located in Al Jurf between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the property offers easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road. Sheikh Zayed Road is connected to Palm Jebel Ali, International Airport Al Maktoum and the international airport in Abu Dhabi.
Ohana Development Unveils Luxury Beachfront Living Project
“Our vision for Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana is to elevate the beachfront living experience by developing an exclusive sanctuary along the coast. Through this collaboration with Jacob & Co., we are setting a new benchmark for what beachfront residences can embody in the UAE. More than just a residential community, we are crafting a destination—a seaside haven where curated experiences, timeless elegance, and natural tranquillity converge to offer a lifestyle of distinction,” Husein Salem, CEO of Ohana Development said.
The project features 457 homes, which include seaview apartments, villas, penthouses, Sky Mansions, and beachfront mansions.
Penthouses start at AED22 million and feature 180-degree views, whereas Sky Mansions start at AED77 million and have 360-degree vistas and private lifts.
The property also comprises 3- to 6-bedroom villas and mansions with private pools, which are offered with natural reserve views or canal frontage. Beachfront Mansions offer sea views.

The Jacob & Co. Social Club has the company’s first branded Seafront Cigar Lounge, an executive business center with private conference rooms, and the world’s first members-only Jacob & Co. Residents Club, which includes a watch gallery and changing art exhibitions.
Residents will enter the grand lobby atrium with a 10-meter-wide Jacob & Co. ceiling art timepiece, praised to be the world’s largest.
The project also includes the world’s first Jacob & Co. Beach Club, which will provide dining options and beachside cafes.
The development is located within a protected nature reserve and has architecture influenced by the sea, including curving façades. The buildings bear the initials ‘J’ and ‘C’ as a tribute to Jacob & Co.
The project is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2028.
Ohana Development has other waterfront properties in its portfolio, including Ohana by the Sea in Al Jurf, Abu Dhabi, and ELIE SAAB Waterfront by Ohana on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.
In Lebanon, the company has built Ohana Villas with furnishings by ELIE SAAB Maison and Ohana Hills, a residential complex.
