Nearly 12,000 units were sold by Binghatti in 2025

One of the top real estate developers in the United Arab Emirates, Binghatti Holding Ltd., has announced impressive year-to-date results for 2025, with 13 new projects and approximately 12,000 residential units sold throughout Dubai, totaling Dh12.28 billion.

Binghatti was the market leader in terms of unit sales volume in the sub-Dh2 million segment, according to DXB Interact. Over 8,200 residential units with a sellable area surpassing 6.2 million square feet make up the company’s new constructions.

According to Property Monitor data, Binghatti also finished seven developments during that time, accounting for more than 20% of all new project completions in Dubai so far this year.

One of Binghatti’s most recent achievements was the July 25 unveiling of Flare 01 and Flare 02, two architecturally unique residential buildings in Jumeirah Village Triangle. During the first ninety days of their well-publicized launch events, which were conducted concurrently in Dubai and Egypt, about 95% of the units were sold. Flare 01 comprises 844 units with a gross development value (GDV) of Dh1.24 billion and a sellable area of 746,386 square feet. Flare 02 has a GDV of Dh915 million and consists of 613 units spread across 539,812 square feet.

“Binghatti’s performance this year underscores the strength of our vertically integrated business model and the trust our clients place in us. Our ability to deliver high-quality developments on accelerated timelines positions us to meet growing demand in Dubai’s mid-luxury housing segment, particularly within the Dh1 million to Dh3 million range,” said Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman of Binghatti Holding.

About 38,000 units are presently under construction across 38 projects in Binghatti’s Dh80 billion portfolio, which is spread across desirable Dubai neighborhoods like Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Jumeirah Village Circle, and Meydan. Additionally, the business keeps adding branded homes to its inventory through collaborations with Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob & Co.
