Mag of Life launches $1.3 billion luxury development in Dubai

The launch of eight out of a total of 12 mansions at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside, a component of the Keturah Resort, was announced by Mag of Life on Monday. Each mansion is valued at Dh177 million.

The $1.3 billion premium wellness development offers residents and guests a distinctive, healthier atmosphere with a 180-degree view of the Dubai skyline and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, elevating the idea of inspired living. The built-up area’s construction cost per square foot is Dh2,150.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside is an independent residential development that is a part of the Keturah Resort. It was conceived and designed by Mag of Life, the first wellness real estate focusing on the Dubai Industrial Strategy 2030; the renowned French designer, Amar Sabeh; and the top Istanbul-based interior design studio, Autoban.

Eight of the 12 residences at Keturah Resort are presently up for sale. With the help of top-notch scientific and medical experts, including a board of doctors from the Columbia University Medical Center, the Wellness Institute at Cleveland Clinic, and the Centre for Innovation at Mayo Clinic, the mixed-used development incorporates Delos’ industry-leading, evidence-based wellness innovations, pioneering the idea of Wellness Real Estate™, and assisting in giving homeowners a healthier environment and securing an immersive wellness-luxury lifestyle.

“We launched these eight mansions in direct response to a surge in demand and substantial interest from local and global investors seeking luxurious premium developments in Dubai,” Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of Mag of Life, said.

This remarkable milestone is a testament to our premium developments, which are situated in some of Dubai’s most growth-inclined residential neighborhoods, according to him. He also noted that the emirate’s attractive policies and business ecosystem played a significant role in boosting the real estate sector.

“As a catalyst for the advancement of this awe-inspiring city, we work effortlessly to continuously boost FDI and strengthen the emirate’s position through distinctive real estate offerings that surpass international investors’ expectations. We will continue our march to further cement Dubai’s position on the global real estate map,” he said.

Every one of the newly unveiled houses has four floors (basement + G + 2), eight bedrooms, a majlis, a spa, a theatre room, and a high-end gym with cutting-edge technology. There are two architectural themes available for mansions: earth (46,648.2 square feet) and water (45,927.24 square feet).

The earth mansion’s simple architecture depicts a space that is open to the breathtaking ocean view but hidden from the street and in continual conversation with its environment. When the sliding glass doors are opened, they smoothly combine the patio and living rooms into one large greeting area, providing vast vistas. From the first moment they are viewed from the lobby, the stunning waterfront views are tastefully framed.

The water mansion’s design has been carefully developed in consideration of natural variables and in accordance with the climatological features of the location. The building has been modified to allow the greatest natural light to enter without overheating the interior areas, taking into account the seasonal variations in the sun. Because of the mansion’s shape and the creekside’s stronger winds, airflow naturally cools the building’s exterior and outdoor areas. The idea was developed to highlight the area’s natural attractiveness and was inspired by its history and natural beauty.

The Keturah Resort provides residents with a variety of amenities, such as a Ritz-Carlton hotel, a private members-only club, a women’s club, a kids club, an immersive, holistic wellness Center, Michelin-star restaurants, and a shopping promenade. As a member of MAG of Life’s recognized “WELL Community,” the luxurious development will be the first in the Mena area to pursue the WELL Health-Safety certification for its structures.

Residents will also have access to a five-star wellness hotel, eight shops with an emphasis on sustainability and organic products, including weekend farmers markets, secure private parking available around-the-clock with valet service, and a gated neighborhood with distinctive views of the wildlife sanctuary.

Every apartment will feature KETURAH’s Wealth of Wellbeing lifestyle philosophy. With easy access to Dubai Downtown, Dubai International Financial Center, and Dubai International Airport, the KETURAH Resort by MAG of Life is situated on Dubai Creek and faces Ras Al Khor, Dubai’s wildlife reserve.
