Dubai: Kempinski Floating Palace, a luxury hotel in Dubai, will become a floating destination. Twelve floating luxury villas are grouped around the hotel, where guests can sail to other anchorages.
Next to Jumeirah Beach Road is the luxury development. The Kempinski Floating Palace has 156 rooms and suites. Guests can arrive by speed boat or bring their own boats. The floating palace is divided into four parts. A glass pyramid connects it in the middle, and it offers the luxury of a 5-star hotel. There are gourmet restaurants and banquet rooms throughout the hotel.
The 12 luxury villas, connected by pontoons, are partly for sale and partly for rent by hotel guests.

In addition to two-, three-, and four-bedroom options, the villas include crew and staff rooms, as well as indoor and outdoor living spaces. These villas operate at a maximum speed of 6 nautical miles, are equipped with solar panels, and are designed to be environmentally friendly.
