In the first half of 2022, Dubai property developer says sales doubled

Verdana, a new property by Reportage Properties in the Green Community of Dubai, has reportedly begun construction.

The project comprises 305 townhouses, and a unique benefit being offered for the first time in the UAE is that each home has a private elevator.

The project has had high demand since it was placed up for sale roughly three months ago, according to Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO of Reportage Properties, which has resulted in a significant increase in sales.

He observed that the UAE real estate market exhibits exceptional activity, particularly for high-caliber projects that satisfy local purchasers’ and investors’ needs.

Sales for the real estate developer exceeded Dh1.2 billion in the first half of this year, up from Dh704 million in the same period in 2021, a 70% increase.

The 500,000-square-foot Verdana project has a variety of amenities and services like swimming pools, a gym, individual parking spaces for every unit, and a sizable green space.

14 projects in the UAE portfolio of Reportage Properties include more than 6,000 homes in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The company is working on five projects in Dubai and eight in Abu Dhabi, including Al Raha Beach, Masdar City, Yas Island, and Al Maryah Island.

The “Montenapoleone” project in Egypt was introduced last year; it would be constructed on 465,000 square metres and feature 5,500 housing units.
