In Ras Al Khor, Wasl Properties, one of the largest real estate development and management companies in Dubai, has launched ‘wasl green park,’ a residential and retail oasis. There are 41 buildings comprising 2,527 apartments, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
The ‘Wasl Green Park’ will be delivered in three phases, with the first two phases comprising 1,766 units across 27 buildings, whereas the third phase will be launched next year and will consist of 14 buildings that contain 761 units, as well as 157,144 square feet of retail space.
Among the unique features of this project is the spread of green spaces throughout, as well as the easy access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Several facilities are also available to residents, including a kids’ play area, a gym, badminton and tennis courts, a community center, and a swimming pool.
One-bedroom apartments at the project start at Dh41,000, while two- and three-bedroom units start at Dh60,000 and Dh76,000, respectively.
This is one of the largest projects under development by Wasl Development Company and will meet the needs of discerning customers across Dubai and for those seeking a convenient commute across the emirate’s main roads.
