The Director-General of Ajman’s Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, declared that the emirate had 1,531 real estate transactions in October, totaling AED1.83 billion. This represents a gain of more than 4.57% over the same time in 2023.
He clarified that 188 mortgage transactions totaling AED277 million were recorded, with the trading volume amounting to AED1.33 billion out of 1,247 trading transactions.
He emphasized that, with AED 10 million in sales, “Al Jurf Industrial 1” had the highest value.
According to Al Muhairi, these numbers demonstrate the real estate industry’s robust performance and excellent expansion in Ajman, where there has been remarkable activity in a number of real estate projects. Diverse investment options and rising demand for real estate in different parts of the emirate are credited with this accomplishment.
