The UAE-based Ginco Properties has opened One Residence, its flagship project in Downtown Dubai, which will cost AED 1.2 billion ($327 million) to build.
Ginco revealed the project and said that Brad Wilkins, the well-known architect who has lived and worked on three continents and has reputable projects in Singapore, China, and the United States, created a style marvel at One Residence, which is located strategically in the center of Downtown Dubai.
Expert in constructing some of the most recognizable skyscrapers globally, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the Pearl River Tower in China, Wilkins expressed excitement about returning to build another eye-catching skyscraper in the Downtown area.
Ginco claims that the One Residence address is situated next to some of Dubai’s greatest dining and shopping establishments. With 453 opulent residences spread over 30 stories, it can accommodate a range of lifestyles with a variety of configurations.
It said that every apartment, ranging from opulent penthouses to comfortable studios and one- and two-bedroom floor plans, is painstakingly designed with the best materials and offers expansive panoramic views of the city skyline.
Ginco has chosen One Broker Group (OBG), an esteemed real estate firm that specializes in selling upscale and well-known residential properties in the United Arab Emirates, as its exclusive sales partner.
For the highly sought-after new One Residence apartments, which will offer competitive pricing starting from AED 1.2 million, OBG has designed an easy and appealing 50:50 payment plan.
Urban Properties, a well-known brand in the field of the best real estate projects in the United Arab Emirates, will oversee the development of One Residence. Urban Properties will lead the development with its two decades of experience in smooth collaboration, careful planning, and execution.
“Ginco Properties has been steadfast in contributing to Dubai’s vision of expanding its real estate landscape by delivering iconic projects that align with the city’s growth trajectory. With One Residence, we aim to elevate Dubai’s global standing as a premier destination for luxury living,” remarked its Managing Director Engineer Masood Gheyath.
“By strategically developing residences near landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, Ginco Properties not only enhances the city’s skyline but also enriches its urban fabric,” he noted.
“This commitment is rooted in our dedication to creating sustainable, innovative spaces that meet the evolving needs of residents and investors alike, thus supporting Dubai’s vision of continued growth and prosperity in the real estate sector,” he added.
Ginco claims that One Residence is in a prime location, encircled by a vibrant cityscape with Michelin-starred restaurants, theaters, and world-class shopping.
It features a variety of family-friendly amenities, entertainment areas, and wellness centers. In Q1 2027, it is scheduled to be finished and turned over.
