On Monday, ALTA Real Estate Development launches AIRE Dubai, its newest high-rise tower.
The project, which is in the center of Downtown Dubai, was created by Miami-based Arquitectonica and has interior design by Australian firm McKimm.
A large hotel-style pool, a cutting-edge gym, yoga and pilates studios, an indoor spa, an ice bath, saunas, and a golf simulator are just a few of the many amenities available. Additionally, the 57th floor is surrounded by a lush green running track and meditation hubs.
“We have considered an extensive array of amenities, spacious layouts, generous ceiling heights, and an abundance of light. We want everyone who steps into the building to truly feel the AIRE around them,” says Abdulla Al Tayer, Managing Director of Alta Real Estate.
The development provides single-level homes with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, duplexes, a triplex, and full-floor penthouses. All of them share a design-forward approach that is understated, refined, and carefully designed to catch natural light and expansive views of the city, the sea, and the Burj Khalifa.
