Aldar, an Abu Dhabi-based property company, launched a short-term leasing website on Monday, the first of its kind in the emirate.
With ‘Cloud Living’, the new platform, you can lease an apartment for as little as one night, and listings range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, furnished or unfurnished, in the Bridges and ARC Tower projects on Al Reem Island.
The real estate company is providing flexible lease options with the convenience of one-time billing, with no hidden fees or charges for utilities and management.
Commenting on the launch of the platform, Maan Al Awlaqi, Executive Director – Strategy and Transformation at Aldar Properties, said: “The launch of Cloud Living is testament to our commitment to develop new products and solutions that satisfy our customers’ desires. The new project by Aldar, developed in partnership with UK tech pioneer Lavand, follows the implementation of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi’s new holiday home regulations and licensing platform.

Guests of The Bridges can enjoy views of Reem Island’s canal, park, waterfront, and city skyline. Aldar has completed the first three towers at The Bridges, offering 636 apartments. The last three towers will be completed soon.
The Arc Towers development is a gateway to the Shams neighborhood, which is based on structures like England’s Stonehenge and Greece’s Pantheon. There is a retail and leisure podium with a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Bridges and Arc Towers both offer easy access to central Abu Dhabi, the corniche, and Saadiyat Island’s cultural and entertainment attractions.
