Abu Dhabi is the first city in the area to allow 100% digital real estate sales thanks to the launch of the Digital Buy & Sell Journey, a government-backed platform that enables buyers and sellers to conduct all real estate transactions online.
End-to-end digital
Through a single, safe, and compliant online approach, the new service enables customers to finish every stage of the property sale and purchase process, from digital signing and escrow settlements to mortgage release, registration, and ADREC Trustee verification.
Residents and investors can sign papers from anywhere in the world thanks to the system’s integration with the TAMM platform and use of the UAE Pass for tamper-proof digital signatures.
Additionally, the platform offers video-enabled ADREC Trustee participation and ADREC-owned and managed escrow accounts, guaranteeing complete regulatory control, financial security, and legal enforceability.
The program represents a significant leap in the emirate’s digital evolution, according to Acting Director General of ADREC and digital transformation engineer Rashed Al Omaira.
