ESIC and Select Group launch first Six Senses hotel in UAE

Emirates Strategic Investments Company (ESIC) and Select Group have signed a management agreement with Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas to develop the hotel brand’s first property in the UAE.

Construction is scheduled to begin in January and be completed by the fourth quarter of 2024. A 1.2 million square foot land plot will be developed on Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent. The project will feature 162 residential units.

There will be 60 rooms in Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, as well as over 60,000 square feet of facilities, such as a gym, squash court, kids club, spa, library, wellness center, pools, and a beach. There are 121 penthouses, 32 sky-villas, and nine beachfront villas in the residential area.

“As the popularity for tranquil beachfront locations grows, the ultra-luxury Six Senses will offer an unrivaled living standard,” said Rahail Aslam, Founder, and CEO of Select Group.

Besides building towers in Dubai Marina, the Select Group is also expanding its hospitality interests.
