Dubai's Emirates Properties launches ultra-luxury branded project

The ultra-luxurious mixed-use Azha Millennium Residences will be built in the center of Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), according to a statement released by Emirates Properties Group, a major Ajman developer.

According to senior company officials at the launch ceremony, which was sponsored by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman, the AED 350 million ($95.2 million) project will be completed in Q4 2027 and will feature an exquisite collection of 196 apartments under the Millennium Hotels & Resorts brand as well as carefully chosen retail spaces.

Emirates Properties Group said in a statement that the project embodies Dubai’s ambitious goal to drive the real estate market value to AED1 trillion by 2033, a key indicator of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, with its futuristic design, integrated living experience, and sustainable infrastructure.

Reiterating Dubai’s attraction to the world’s wealthy, this 30-story hotel-branded construction is the newest addition to the city’s imposing skyline.

On the project, Sheikh Rashid said: “Azha Millennium Residences is a unique addition to Dubai’s striking portfolio of branded homes. The project is an embodiment of aesthetics, sophistication, and convenience, further enhancing Dubai’s appeal as an ideal residential destination for luxury lovers.”

He pointed out that its 196 units—56 studios, 84 one-bedroom apartments, and 56 two-bedroom apartments—are painstakingly constructed for comfort, style, and smart living.

Studios range in size from 375 square feet and above, while one- and two-bedroom units are as large as 979 square feet and 1,746 square feet, with prices starting at AED629,000, he noted.

Emirates Properties Group stated that it is providing an alluring and adaptable payment plan for this project, which calls for a 10% down payment, 30% funding during construction, an additional 10% at handover, and the remaining 50% three years after handover. This arrangement enables smooth purchases.

Experts claim that the rise in affluent homebuyers in Dubai is largely responsible for the expansion of branded residences. As the market anticipates increased demand from the influx of High-Net-Worth-Individuals (HNWIs) over the next ten years, properties such as Azha Millennium Residences will assist sustain the supply level over time, they added.

“Azha’s launch takes place at a time when Dubai is receiving a large number of super-wealthy settlers. Each residence is masterfully crafted to embody luxury living at its core,” remarked its Managing Director Mohammed R. Hegazi.

“Millennium Hotels and Resorts adds pivotal value to homes, promising an unmatched experience with its signature hospitality services. This will widen the choice of ultra-luxury properties and help global ultra-high networth individuals to live in Dubai,” he added.

Azha Millennium Residences offers a number of top-notch amenities that complement its occupants’ lavish way of life. There are play spaces, a café lounge, a lovely garden, a BBQ area, and a swimming pool on the ground floor.

According to the developer from Ajman, residents will have access to a health club, a pool with picturesque views of JVT, a lounge, an indoor movie theater, and an entertainment area on the rooftop.

Additionally, Millennium’s first-rate hospitality services, such as concierge, 24-hour security, in-room dining, housekeeping, valet parking, and other wellness amenities, allow residents to live like hotel guests. It further stated that there are more than 300 parking spaces accessible on four podiums.
