The cost of real estate deals in the Dubai Land Department this week costs more than Dh3.3 billion.

The Department observed the registration of 856 pledges of Dh1.61 billion, containing 54 pledges of land, costing to Dh195.34 million, and 802 sales of apartments and villas, costing to Dh1.41 billion.

The crucial land sales, with a cost of Dh38 million, was located in the Al Thaniyah 4 area, then came a Dh17 million pledge in Al Barsha South of the Fifth District, then came a pledge of Dh11 million in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens.

Nad Al Sheba, the third region, was the best in the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 20 pledges at a cost of Dh48 million, then comes Al-Wafra 2 region, with 12 pledges costing to Dh12 million and a third in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens, with 5 deals of Dh41 million.

In relation to the most important deals of apartments and villas, a pledge of Dh50 million came in the Second Umm Hurair area, the main of which was followed by a sale of Dh44 million in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of dh30 million in the Al Thanyah Fourth area.

The Business Bay area in the best in the regions in regard with the number of deals of apartments and villas, with 113 deals of Dh144 million, then comes Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens, with 74 pledges at Dh141 million, and on number third comes Dubai Marina, with 70 deals costing Dh138 million.

And loans recorded a cost of Dh1.41 billion, of which 85 loans of lands costing at Dh583.27 million and 293 loans of villas and apartments with a cost of Dh831.71 million, the most crucial of which was in the first Umm Hurair area, costing Dh280 million, and another in Gezira 2, with the cost of Dh 192 million.

As for donations, about 98 donations costs at Dh323.03 million were recorded, mainly of which was in Nad Al Sheba 2, with a cost of Dh45 million, and another in the Al Thanya 4.
