Master-developer Dubai South Properties has announced the launch of “The Avenue,” a limited number of freehold plots that can be purchased on a payment plan and developed by investors for commercial use.
Following the massive development of Dubai South and the successful sale of several freehold projects, the company has now launched the residential district, which was also launched earlier by the company.
The Avenue’s plot sizes will vary from 30,000 sq ft to 55,000 sq ft, and its developed areas will cover 50,000 square feet to 90,000 square feet. There will also be an option of paying in installments over a period of up to three years at Dubai South Properties. With Dubai South Freezone’s double licensing framework, interested investors can get all necessary licenses directly from the free zone, saving them time and providing them with an array of facilities.
