The Dubai real estate market recorded 309 sales worth AED976.42 million and mortgage deals worth AED458.97 million, along with 14 gift transactions worth AED66.6 million, according to the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 259 villas and apartments valued at AED 614.88 million, and 50 land plots valued at AED 361.54 million, while mortgages included 77 villas and apartments valued at AED 176.19 million, and 13 land plots valued at AED 282.78 million, bringing today’s total real estate deals to over AED 1.5 billion.
