On Monday, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) reported 501 sales transactions for AED1.2 billion, 117 mortgage deals worth AED278.84 million, and eight gift deals at AED7.69 million in the Dubai real estate market.
422 villas and apartments worth AED931.9 million and 79 land plots worth AED263.52 million were sold, while 96 villas and apartments worth AED234.5 million and 21 land plots worth AED44.34 million were mortgaged, bringing the total real estate transactions to nearly AED1.4 billion.
