On Thursday, the Dubai real estate market saw 504 sales transactions totaling AED1.69 billion, 79 mortgage transactions totaling AED2.23 billion, and 18 gift transactions totaling AED60.23 million, according to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 46 land plots at AED334.09 million and 458 homes and apartments totaling AED1.36 billion. The mortgages covered 11 land plots for AED2.11 billion and 68 villas and flats totaling AED123.81 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED3.9 billion.
