According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai reported 712 sales transactions worth AED3.38 billion on Thursday, along with 112 mortgage agreements totaling AED200.32 million, and 22 gift deals totaling AED41.39 million.
538 houses and flats for AED1.66 billion, as well as 174 land plots worth AED1.72 billion, were sold.
The mortgages covered 13 land plots for AED16.14 million and 99 villas and flats worth AED184.19 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED3.6 billion.
