According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 612 sales transactions worth AED2.51 billion on Tuesday, along with 126 mortgage deals totaling AED613.53 million and 20 gift deals totaling AED368.66 million.
The sales included 60 land plots worth AED1.13 bn and 552 villas and apartments totaling AED1.38 bn.
The mortgages covered 36 land plots for AED352.47 million and 90 villas and flats worth AED261.07 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED3.4 billion.
