According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 650 sales transactions worth AED2.55 billion on Tuesday, along with 83 mortgage deals totaling AED578.62 million and 40 gift deals totaling AED64.04 million.
516 houses and flats worth AED1.02 billion, as well as 134 land parcels worth AED1.53 billion, were sold.
The mortgages included 66 villas and flats worth AED119.84 million, 17 land parcels worth AED458.78 million, and a total of approximately AED3.2 billion in real estate transactions.
