According to data issued by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 462 sales transactions worth AED1.46 billion on Monday, along with 77 mortgage deals for AED1.64 billion and 23 gift transactions totaling AED44.52 million.
The sales included 36 land plots at AED633.7 million and 426 homes and apartments worth AED822.86 million.
The mortgages covered 19 land plots for AED1.24 billion and 58 villas and flats worth AED403.7 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED3.1 billion.
