According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 546 sales transactions worth AED1.41 billion on Wednesday, along with 88 mortgage deals totaling AED479.2 million and 36 gift deals totaling AED201.18 million.
The sales included 58 land plots at AED226.73 million and 488 homes and apartments totaling AED1.18 billion.
The mortgages covered 18 land plots for AED337.33 million and 70 villas and flats worth AED141.87 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2 billion.
